Feeling behind on laundry, knowing your child’s bedroom is cluttered with toys, seeing and trying on clothing that you don't feel good in, or the distress of having a basement that has become such a drop zone it's hardly usable - it really adds up. Day after day, year after year, this takes an incredible toll on your relationships, productivity, health and well-being.
